The Law

The law surrounds each of us everyday.  It is both important and critical aspect of every piece of our daily lives, and it surrounds business, contracts, purchases, sales, stocks, taxes and more.   So even those people who are not involved in the law, or the legal system, must be aware of how the law can affect their daily lives.

Law in Your State

Each state lists parts of their legal code online, for all to view.  Some of the more forward states even list the entire corporate code sections online, that even a non-lawyer can read through and decipher.

Our Legal System

Our legal system is made up of different divisions of court at both the federal and state levels.  These courts make and set precedence which in turn guide all of us when we apply the law.  The law as it is written, becomes applied over time as our judicial system determines how to apply the code.
