Real Estate

Investing in real estate has been the best investment over the past 20 years, without exception.  If you put money into real estate 20 years ago, you will have more than doubled your money.  So when deciding where to invest your money, you must consider investing in real estate as one of the best options.

Is Real Estate Investing right for you?

For most people, investing in real estate simply means purchasing a single family home, or in basic terms, a home for you to live in.  By owning your own home, or by making payments to a mortgage, you are exposed to risk in the real estate market.   This risk in the real estate market can make you a great deal of money and wealth as the value of your home fluctuates.

Commercial Real Estate Investing

Some of the most frequent investments in commercial real estate are owning an apartment complex, a duplex, or a warehouse.  All of these are considered commercial real estate investing as they are not necessary lived in by the owner of the property.

Tax Benefit of Owning Real Estate

When you own real estate you benefit by not only owning real estate, but also by saving in taxes each year.  The government provides the owners of real estate with huge tax savings benefits.  The owners are able to write off the mortgage interest paid directly against any income earned in the year.  Each year this tax benefit saves home owners thousands of dollars in taxes.
